Show Low Public Works

4Line Studio was engaged to provide the design and documentation of a +/- 7,000 sf new office building for the City of Show Low’s Public Works Department. The new building features open office space, conference rooms, lockers, showers, and private offices. As part of the programming effort, 4Line Studio had to right size the program for both current and future needs, which aligning the building footprint on an a-typical shaped lot. The design team worked with the City to ensure the city’s design standards were integrated into the project specification including furniture, finishes, and equipment.
