Randolph Resource Center

4Line Studio was engaged to provide design services for a +/- 8,000 sf resource center in the rural town of Randolph, Arizona. The project began with an expansive program and limited budget. During programming 4Line Studio worked closely with the members of the town, through community outreach meetings and multiple programming sessions, to develop a design and program that maximized community amenities while staying within the intended budget. To complicate matters, the project is located in an under-developed portion of Pinal County with little infrastructural resources which resulted in direct land development coordination with the County, Water Company, Electric Company, and Fire Service Agency. In the end, 4Line Studio was able to work with the Contractor to propose a design that is within budget and features private offices, a community kitchen, a community meeting room, and a multi-purpose gym along with a small outdoor playground for kids.
